We come to your office and work on your system, so your filing system and records stay with you. Arrange weekly, monthly or year-end bookkeeping support around your workflow. With remote access arranged with you, we can also work from our office, answer questions and help with tasks between visits. That keeps things moving when weather changes the schedule or you’re away. Hourly rates are quoted after consultation and depend on the work and client.

What if we only need a few hours of bookkeeping?
You don’t need to hire a full-time employee to get regular bookkeeping support. We come to your business for the work you need, whether that means a few hours at a time or a different schedule. We’ll agree on the work, hours and rate after consultation.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. Mobile bookkeeping is what our business was built around. We come to you and work on your system, so your files stay in your office. We also do work at our own office and provide online support.
Do you work with QuickBooks?
Yes. We also work with other systems. Tell us what you use when you get in touch.
Can you work remotely between visits?
Yes. We arrange online access with many clients so we can work on their bookkeeping from our own office and help with questions between visits. If weather disrupts a visit, you’re out of town or you can’t be at your office, remote support helps keep the work moving. Tell us what needs attention and we’ll discuss the timing with you.
How much will it cost?
Only the initial consultation is free. Bookkeeping, data entry, job costing and account reconciliation are billed by the hour, with rates quoted after consultation based on the work and client. Payroll is billed monthly, with a quote based on employee count and payroll needs. Contact us for tax preparation pricing.
